Had an urgent appointment, seen within 3 hours of calling, not many Drs free so Nurse practitioner took my appointment. Very friendly and efficient service.

Nurse Tracey was excellent at taking my blood. She is always cheerful and friendly and takes an interest in me.
I came in for my INR check but Tracey noticed I was due a blood test and so did that for me at the same time.
